HOW
DO I ORDER?
To
order by email simply E-mail us what you want
to the address on our CONTACT page. Please send a money order
made out to EROTA LEATHER. Other forms of payment may be possible,
however you will need to speak directly with us to arrange it. Please
include proper contact information. If we can't get a hold of you
we will NOT process the order. We will contact you with the total
and request payment at that time.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MASK/ROSE?
Masks should never be flattened or soaked wet. Should
one of these occur contact us to fix it. Pricing is based on the
amount of labour. An estimate will be given. Should the paint be
scratched off, you can go to any craft store and purchase airbrush
paint in its existing colour. If you want to change the colour of
your mask, you can purchase the colour you want - again in air-brush
paint. Apply the paint and then blow dry lightly to allow the leather
to absorb the paint. If you have any other questions don't hesitate
to contact us!

For the suede side - Lightly blow dry for removal of dust, best
done with cool air to avoid too much heat. Leather can burn when
too hot, when the dryer is too close. More specifically, for hot
blow dryers keep at least 5 inches away from the leather for 30
seconds. --- If colour dulls, use a water mist to lightly damp the
leather. Do not soak completely wet. Most spray bottles have a mist
setting. Then allow it to dry, it refreshes the dyes in the leather.
To re-dye suede, add food colouring into the water dispersed as
mist. Craft coloured sprays can also be used but it will harden
the suede exterior. Again spray lightly at a safe distance, for
a breif period. Do not soak.
B) For the shiny side --- Dust can be simply rubbed off with fingers.
Do not rub too hard or you risk pulling the petals off. --- If petals
need to be reattatched, most glues will work but only use a small
amount to avoid a mess. If it doesn't work try again with a different
glue. Erota does repair it's own items. Pick-up or delivery is the
customers choice and responsibility.

Your order may take between 4-6 weeks
to fill. The majority of Erota Leather products are handcrafted
with each order received. Shipping costs are determined at the time
of shipping. All shipping costs are determined by the dimensional
weight for each package and calculated by method of shipping, weight
